Ed Arterbury started his career in real estate in 1979 in Calaveras County. Having grown up in El Dorado County--then living in Amador County since 1978--he has obtained an extensive knowledge of the Mother Lode and its various types of real estate. Ed is in an elite group of Century 21 agents having received the Centurion award over 5 times in his career and recently has become inducted into the prestigious honor society of Century 21 Real Estate International. In 2003 he earned the double Centurion award that placed him in the top one-half percent of all C-21 agents worldwide. Ed is heavily involved in outreach to helping people reach their potential in the spiritual and physical realm. Ed and a team of like-minded individuals began the "On A Mission" Thrift Store, a non-profit business that donates all its net proceeds to the youth of Amador County for character-building experiences such as short-term mission trips, church camps and other positive experiences. Ed lives in Jackson with his lovely wife of 31 years, Patty. He has two sons: Chad, who is 28, and Bobby, who is 20.
